NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S MAXIMUM NUMBER OF AVAILABLE ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The MAMAMOO Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored solely by Kimbap Lab (“Sponsor”), 75 Ninth Avenue, New York, NY 10011.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is published on Instagram on July 29, 2026, and ends August 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 8, 2026.
Sponsor’s records and systems will serve as the official timekeeper.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entrants should enter only if they are able to attend the MAMAMOO concert on August 12, 2026. Transportation, parking, accommodations, food, and all other expenses associated with attending the concert are not included.
Employees, officers, representatives, and agents of Kimbap Lab, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
4. Standard Instagram Entry
To receive one standard entry:
Follow @kimbaplab on Instagram.
Tag the friend you would bring in the comments of the official Giveaway post.
Both steps must be completed during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one standard entry per person. Additional comments, tags, or Instagram accounts will not provide additional standard entries.
The entrant’s Instagram account must be public or otherwise accessible to Sponsor when eligibility is verified.
5. Purchase Bonus Entries
After completing the standard Instagram entry requirements, an eligible entrant may receive one bonus entry on each calendar day that the entrant places a qualifying Kimbap Lab order of $25 or more, either in person or through delivery, during the Giveaway Period.
The qualifying amount is calculated after discounts and before taxes, tips, delivery charges, and service fees.
To claim the bonus entry, the entrant must send @kimbaplab a clear photograph of the receipt through Instagram DM before August 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The receipt must clearly show the purchase date and qualifying order total.
Limit one purchase bonus entry per person per calendar day, regardless of the number or total value of orders placed that day.
Each receipt may be used only once. Altered, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid receipts will not be accepted.
6. Free Mail-In Bonus Entries
After completing the standard Instagram entry requirements, an eligible entrant may receive a bonus entry without making a purchase by mailing a handwritten entry in a separate, sealed, stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry must include:
Entrant’s full name
Email address
Instagram handle
The words “MAMAMOO Giveaway”
Each entry must be mailed separately.
Limit one mail-in bonus entry per person per calendar day, as determined by the postmark date. Multiple entries bearing the same postmark date will count as one entry.
Mail-in entries must be received by Kimbap Lab no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 8, 2026. Entries received after that deadline will not be eligible, regardless of the postmark date.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due.
Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, or bulk-submitted entries will not be accepted.
7. Entry Limits
Each eligible entrant may receive:
One standard Instagram entry; and
Up to 10 bonus entries.
Limit one bonus entry per person per calendar day and 10 bonus entries total per person, regardless of entry method.
A purchase bonus entry and a mail-in bonus entry may not be combined on the same calendar day.
An entrant may receive no more than 11 total entries: one standard entry and up to 10 bonus entries.
Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple identities, Instagram accounts, email addresses, altered receipts, automated methods, or other fraudulent means may result in disqualification.
8. Prize
One winner will receive two tickets to the MAMAMOO concert scheduled for August 12, 2026.
Approximate retail value of the two-ticket prize: $222.67.
The tickets will be transferred electronically through the applicable ticketing platform. The winner must provide the information reasonably required to complete the transfer.
The prize does not include transportation, parking, accommodations, food, or any other expenses. All expenses not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Sponsor is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the concert or for any action taken by the artist, venue, event promoter, or ticketing provider.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on or about August 9, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted by Instagram DM from @kimbaplab only. Kimbap Lab will never request payment, banking information, credit-card information, or a fee to deliver the prize.
The potential winner must respond within 24 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide the information necessary to transfer the tickets.
If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot attend the concert, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
10. General Conditions and Release
By entering, each entrant agrees to:
Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions;
Provide truthful and accurate entry information; and
Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, MAMAMOO, the concert venue, ticketing provider, event promoter, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by law.
11. Publicity and Privacy
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name and Instagram handle in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and transfer the prize. Entry information will not be added to a marketing list without the entrant’s separate consent.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, MAMAMOO, the concert venue, Chelsea Market, Pearl River Mart, ticketing provider, or event promoter.
By entering, each participant completely releases Instagram from responsibility related to the Giveaway and acknowledges that the participant is providing information to Kimbap Lab, not Instagram.
13. Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
